ACTIVE PHARMACEUTICAL INGREDIENTS

Intermediate & Speciality Fine chemical API &Intermediate are complex, single, pure chemical substances, produced in limited quantities in multipurpose plants by multistep batch chemical or biotechnological processes. They are described by exacting specifications, used for further processing within the chemical industry. The class of fine chemicals is subdivided either on the basis of the added value (building blocks, advanced intermediates or active ingredients), or the type of business transaction, namely standard or exclusive products. Fine chemicals are produced in limited volumes (< 1000 tons/year) according to exacting specifications, mainly by traditional organic synthesis in multipurpose chemical plants. Biotechnical processes are gaining ground. Fine chemicals are used as starting materials for specialty chemicals, particularly pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. Custom manufacturing for the life science industry plays a big role; however, a significant portion of the fine chemicals total production volume is manufactured in house by large users.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Delivering a product with value proposition, throughout the life-cycle of the product. Our World class manufacturing units with a combined capacity of 500 m3 Plant design with 170000 Sq feet land Building of 225000 Sq feet divided in 4 manufacturing , Block – 2 Intermediate of 60 reactor , 2 Block For API Having 40 reactor & 4 clean room line dedicated HVAC Class D 100000 . ~20 scientists working in In house DSIR approved R&D ,ADL , RA centers across functions. Team Is support for Development , trouble shooting , Testing and process improvement toward safety and environment friendly . Globela quality control testing and validation labs are fitted with state-of-the-art analytical equipment and testing facilities. Two large cGMP API manufacturing units producing 100s of Tons of APIs that are exported & Domestic market .More than 60 employees working in Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions form the backbone of our Quality System.

  Production Blocks

Total Land area 175000 sq feet Covering by 2 API block area of 90000 sq. ft in multi-level buildings dedicated 4 Clean room (PP area) cGMP manufacturing blocks are designed. Manufacturing blocks has quality by design each room provided Man and material movement & air-handling units as per cGMP . Separate intermediate plant covers an area of 80,000 sq. ft.

The facility has 107 reactors ranging from 0.5 KL to 10.0 KL, with total reactor volume of 275 KL along with drying and separation equipment like CF , ANFD , TD, VTD . The supply of utilities steam, chilling, cooling ,air ,Nitrogen and utility headers are isolated from manufacturing area to avoid congestion and cross contamination inside the plant.

  Engineering

Well-organized GEP procedures, experienced technical team, facilities for engineering materials warehouse, fabrication and maintenance workshop, well designed centralized utilities and power backup generators , UPS ,

  Warehouse

Warehouse covers an area of 35,000 sq.ft. for handling of all incoming raw materials, packing materials and finished products with pre-defined storage conditions. Facilities for handling of gases, hazardous chemicals and solvents independently.

  Quality Control

GGIPL also features Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) which supports multiple R&D for developing the Method of Analysis (MoA) for finished products, in process intermediates, Key Starting Materials (KSMs), and Raw Materials (RMs).

Our ADL is supported with following Stability chambers for 25°C-60%RH, 30°C- 65%RH , 35°C- 75%RH & 40°C-75%RH, 60°C thermal Degradation study storage conditions monitoring. Reserve sample management: Storage area with controlled room temperature (Below 25°C).

  Environment

GIPL have ECO friendly process to handle all reaction as chemical plant GIPL industry trends, we have set up in-house Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, and Quaternary Effluent Treatment Plant involving Activated Sludge process for treating our industrial wastewater for its reuse or safe disposal to the environment. GIPL divided Effluent stream LOW COD – after primary and secondary treatment effluent will send to CETP ( Saykha ) common effluent discharge 85 KL/Day permission , HIGH COD – will send to ME for send to ME . ETP sludge and solid west will send to Common solid disposal Facility.
